CCM "The Live Analysis" -- How to seek out good music. We endeavor to provide a balanced portrayal of the North American Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) industry. CCM has become the fastest growing musical industry in North America -- now encompassing styles from hymns and instrumental, to light pop, country, rock, rap and metal. Presented in a format which allows for audience interaction, CCM "Live" permits open and informed discussion regarding styles, content and artists -- focusing on Biblical passages concerning music and it's uses. Although many artists, groups and styles will be examined, CCM "Live" is not a list of "approved" or "not." With emphasis on Biblical discernment and principles for evaluating content and purpose, we seek to guide individuals into establishing their own sound listening habits. For the teen who says "there's no good Christian music", to the adult who says "it can't be Christian if it isn't in the hymnbook", CCM "Live" is a must see. One part, but an additional ½ to ¾ of an hour should be allowed for audience participation.
